共需要六次注射，前五次每14天一次，第六次一个月注射一次，这样一个疗程大概是3个半月，在那边买的话大概是6400左右cuc，约合4万多人民币。

一个疗程完成后需检查，如果确认可以继续用药，此后每一个月注射一次，直至病情发展。

关于该疫苗的疗效，之前认为优势人群（SGAR）的5年存活率达到30%是不准确的，我误解了论文的图表。下面有关于疗效更准确的说明。

The median survival of the vaccinated patients in the phase II trial was 6.47 months and the survival rate at 24 months was 27.27%. The median survival of the first 40 subjects from the phase III trial was 13.57 months and the survival rate at 24 months was 34.2% (log rank p value > 0.05).
在II期临床实验中，中位生存期是6.47月并且24月的生存率为27.27%。在III期临床实验中，中位生存期是13.57月并且24月生存率为34.2%。
Patients who achieved the GAR condition within the Phase II study had a median survival of 11.76 months, while GAR patients in the Phase III survived for 26.87 months (log rank p value > 0.05). Thirty-one percent of patients in the Phase III were classified as SGAR and had a median survival time of 29.9 months, while only 4 subjects in the Phase II achieved this condition, precluding any comparison within the SGAR cohort.
在II期临床实验中，GAR的病人中位生存期为11.76个月，在III期临床实验中是26.87个月。31%的病人在III期临床实验中被划分为SGAR，并获得了29.9个月的生存期，而在II期实验中只有4个人达到这个条件。

从疗效来看还是可以的，关键是要成为GAR和SGAR，但治疗的费用也够惊人的，治疗下来就要倾家荡产了。

一支0.8毫克的疫苗要4万人民币吗？
按照论文的要求，每次注射2.4毫克，就是3支，相当于12万人民币。

The price of each vaccine is about $4,144 US Dollars.  For phase 3-4 Lung cancer treatment , They have to apply 4 vaccines in a period of 2 month, then they apply one vaccine monthly depending on the evolution of the patient.

      Normally to buy the vaccine, and to use it, normally they need to see the patient and evaluate him in order to give the best use of the vaccine, since it is a complete process with check ups.  But if you want to buy it and apply it ,buy at your own risk is also possible.  

      They do have stock of the vaccine.
