<p><strong><font color="#ee1169">手捧阳光:你好!</font></strong></p><p>  这个食谱是从《不一样的自然养法中》摘录过来的。这是一位美国自然医学博士,台湾人叫吴永志。今年70多岁了,在他30岁的时候,就不幸患了肺癌3期,当时医生建议他做手术,他自己本身也是医生,就同意做手术,结果开刀发现已经转移,医生只好给重新缝上。他问医生能活多久?医生说可能就几个月。一个刚步入社会走上工作岗位的年轻医生听了之后,心情是不言而喻的。但他从自然中受到启发,感到现在吃的东西太多,病从口入,于是,他就坚持从自然界中寻找食物,尽量要吃生食(蔬菜),他发现蔬菜中含有生化素,可提高人体免疫力。经过不断总结,并给病人看病进一步认证,才写出这本《不一样的自然养法》。我也是刚看过这本书,自己也在学着做,是比较难吃。但为了保生命,别人几十年都坚持下来了,我们才一次就不行了?他吃了六个月后检查,就什么也不见了,你说是否神奇?坚持吧!他说,只吃了四个月,检查不行就要吃了,改作其它方法。</p><p></p>

纠正错误:《不一样的<font color="#cc3352">自然养法</font>》改为《不一样的自然养生法》;吃了四个月,检查不行<font color="#ee1169">就要吃了</font>,改为就不要吃了。不好意思。
