去年年底的时候，上海肺科医院还有6474，现在我不太知道了。你可以电话问问看。

AstraZeneca cancels lung cancer drug applications

LONDON -- AstraZeneca PLC said Wednesday it has withdrawn applications for regulatory approval for its lung cancer drug Zactima following disappointing trial results.

The pharmaceutical company had been seeking regulatory clearance in the United States and European Union to use Zactima - generic name vandetanib - in combination with chemotherapy for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

"The decision to withdraw these submissions was based on an updated analysis that demonstrated no overall survival advantage when vandetanib was added to chemotherapy," the company said. Regulators had also hinted that the results were insufficient for approval, the company added.

AstraZeneca ( AZN - news - people ) said it will complete a trial program which is expected to give more results on the efficacy of the drug in difference clinical settings.

阿斯利康撤回了在美国通过Zactima配合化疗方案的申请，因为三期实验看不出有什么显著疗效。目前单药Zactima，尤其针对易瑞沙和特罗凯耐药后患者的实验，还在继续。大概在这几个月应该会有一个比较大的实验报告结果，大家可以关注一下新闻。
